How to get from Istanbul Airport:
- Our travel agency, Oasis Turizm (www.oasis.com.tr; +90 212 292 47 14, oasis@oasis.com.tr), can arrange transfers from/to the airport.
- Taxi: all taxis use meter. Some taxi drivers accept credit card but they add commission (around 10% of the total amount). The distance from Istanbul Airport to the city center is 40 km and will cost about 800-1000 TL.
- Metro: Line M11 goes to Istanbul Airport. You can then connect to other lines (Metro map).
- Bus (Havaist): HAVAIST has 11 different routes to the airport. The bus ride takes about 45-90 minutes depending on traffic. The fare can be paid on the bus. Departure times can be found in the following link: https://www.hava.ist
How to get from Sabiha Gökçen Airport:

- Taxi: The distance from Sabiha Gökçen Airport to the campus is 50 km and about 1200 TL (Bridge toll will be added to the fair)
- Metro: Line M4 goes all the way to Sabiha Gökçen Airport. From M4 you can connect to metro line M2 which gets you to the city center. This option will take about 90-120 minutes. (Metro map).
- Bus (Havabus): HAVABUS has 3 different route options to Sabiha Gökçen Airport. The bus takes approximately 60-90 minutes depending on the traffic conditions. The fare can be paid in the bus. Departure times for the bus can be found in the following link: https://www.havabus.com
Money exchange
Most of the restaurants, cafes and shops accept credit card. In the airport, there are exchange offices but the rate they offer is not good and they may add commissions. In the city center, there are exchange offices which offer better rates without commission.
You can exchange a small amount in the airport or possibly be able to use one of the ATMs located in inside the terminal.
