The online abstract submission system is open until June 10, 2024 through the following link.
A list of general themes covered by the conference are given here. Select one of the topics that best matches your abstract. If your abstract does not match any of the indicated topics, please select “Other” and the Organizing Committee will identify an appropriate session for your contribution.
Please note that all abstracts must be written in English and cannot exceed 500 words. Figures and Tables cannot be uploaded.
You will receive an email confirming your submission. You will be able to edit the abstract until the abstract submission due date.
All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the scientific committee and decisions will be emailed by June 24, 2024.
Please note that that the presenter must register by the early bird deadline (August 12, 2024) for the contribution to be included in the conference program.
A presenter can make a maximum of one oral presentation and one poster.
